• Provide Network Administration and Infrastructure experience with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with Citrix Xen App 6.x/7.x and Citrix Xen Desktop 7.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience engineering and administering remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco, and Juniper product lines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Citrix Access Gateway/Netscaler and knowledge of the relationship of each component of the farm including network, storage, server, and database.
• Experience with DNS and DHCP; thorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec and SSL VPNs and related data security designs.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of the application deployment process and functional network troubleshooting.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance, via telephone and/or electronically.
• Communicate system proposals to management and customers and provide system diagnoses and resolution for current systems.
• Maintain good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates, and team members; operate independently or as part of a global team.
• This role will help build the Citrix stack on top of a VMware environment; opportunity to present solutions to business leadership, requiring presentation and speaking skills.
• Assess environment readiness and identify server performance metrics to determine virtualization candidates; identify options for providing Provisioning Services bootstrap redundancy and network optimizations; configure Access Gateway implementations; optimize server performance and identify problem trends.
• View and interpret Edgesight reporting information; experience developing training tools and documentation; oversee implementation of the same.

  3 years of Network Administration and Infrastructure experience; 3-5 years with Citrix Xen App 6.x/7.x and Xen Desktop 7; 3-5 years with remote access gateways for Citrix, Cisco, and Juniper; 2+ years Citrix Access Gateway/Netscaler; knowledge of farm components (network, storage, server, database); DNS and DHCP; remote access solutions including IPSec and SSL VPNs;
  Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office, and Active Directory.
• Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication to present system proposals and provide diagnoses and resolutions; strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior personnel, subordinates, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• 5 years of Network Administration experience (as stated for the role).
• Experience building Citrix stack on VMware and presenting solutions to business leadership.
