Sets up, installs and maintains the software environments for any product permutation.

• Work with customer to provide Infrastructure delivery from end to end.
• Participate in projects as a subject matter expert.
• Handle setup of various virtual, physical and Azure environments.
• Provide full support of Windows system to include patching, monitoring and incident remediation.
• Optimize the build process:
  Implement the latest tools and improve existing utilities.
• Seek, build errors (simple & sophisticated) and provide immediate and long-term solutions.
• Craft, configure, install and upgrade environments (e.g. standalone, coordinated, clustered) for internal and external users.
• Configure third‑party software in the various types of supported environments and architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or relevant certifications.
• Strong Intune/Entra knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server and services.
• Proficient in monitoring and patching software (Solar Winds and Tanium).
• Proven experience with VMware and Acropolis.
• Proficient in Azure virtual infrastructure.
