We have raised $50M+ from some of the leading venture and celebrity investors in the country to build the world’s first fully autonomous manicure machine. We have pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to some of the most iconic brands in America, including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.

We are seeking an energetic, self‑starter to join our Field Service team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of robotic systems to install, troubleshoot, and support machine functionality both in the office and at distributed locations across the US. This person must be a curious self‑starter with strong engineering and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Own setup and installation of machines at customer stores
• Diagnose and repair machines at customer locations or remove/replace machines for external repair
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment across all interested parties
• Create a Support library through clear process/procedure documentation crafting and updating
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and training
• Work with cross‑functional engineering teams to influence and improve the design of the robotic system
• Drive peak organizational performance through effective feedback, accountability and teamwork
• Travel:
  Up to 50% in the continental US

• BS Engineering with 3+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of electro‑mechanical systems, software, and networking
• Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
• Clear and effective communication, with technical and non‑technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in diverse environments and adjust to changing needs and technical challenges
