Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology space, is seeking a Workforce Management & Time & Attendance Specialist.
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (06/05/2026 – 12/05/2026)
FTE conversion possibility
Pay Range: $63-$70/hr. on W2
Job DescriptionProvide technical administration, configuration, and support for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and payroll integration processes. Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing activities, and ongoing optimization efforts to ensure accurate workforce management operations.
This role supports a large enterprise environment focused on workforce scheduling, time & attendance, payroll integrations, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be technically strong within UKG/Kronos platforms, highly analytical, and capable of managing system configurations, integrations, and support activities across multiple business functions.
Job Functions- Configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM and related workforce management applications.
- Manage advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance configurations to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, interface errors, and integration-related challenges.
- Support integrations between workforce management systems, payroll platforms, HRIS applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate workforce scheduling, attendance, and payroll-related processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and process enhancements.
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution for workforce management applications.
- Strong UKG Workforce Management (WFM) administration and configuration experience.
- Knowledge of workforce scheduling, time & attendance, and payroll integration processes.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with APIs, data interfaces, SQL, reporting tools, or integration technologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Workforce Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, or related workforce management platforms. Experience supporting enterprise workforce management environments and legacy UKG/Kronos systems is preferred.
