Kinaxis Consultant
Our client, a leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a Kinaxis Consultant to join their team. As a Kinaxis Consultant, you will be part of the operations support team, driving innovative supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Burlington, Massachusetts
- Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document Rapid Response configuration requirements, including supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, and planning processes.
- Select standard functionalities in Rapid Response and design data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations.
- Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities to ensure optimal implementation.
- Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables, and track completion.
- Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements and support data management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on operations or analytics.
- 3+ years of experience implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2
Open, etc. - Experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of a supply chain planning solution, including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology for delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Strong skills in solution configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and quality assurance practices.
