Observability Platform Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Observability Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Dynatrace, enterprise observability, cloud monitoring, and AI-driven performance management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise observability solutions that provide end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and business services. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS/Managed, DQL, Grail, Davis AI, and enterprise monitoring frameworks, along with expertise in Azure cloud, automation, and Dev Ops.
The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders to define monitoring strategies, improve operational excellence, and drive platform reliability.
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, observability, platform engineering, or enterprise monitoring.
- Strong experience implementing enterprise observability solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
- Experience supporting cloud-native and enterprise applications.
- Experience working in large-scale production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dynatrace Professional Certification.
- Experience implementing Business Events within Dynatrace.
- Experience integrating Dynatrace with Service Now.
- Experience monitoring cloud-native and containerized applications.
- Exposure to Azure automation and scripting.
- Experience supporting enterprise Dev Ops initiatives.
- Knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
- Experience designing enterprise monitoring architectures.
