Job Description:
Production support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability, stability, and adherence to SLA commitments.
Monitor application, infrastructure, and cloud environments to verify system health, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot application, system, and batch processing issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
Utilize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and operational support activities.
Administer and support Azure cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance, security, and operational efficiency.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Azure AI services, with the ability to support AI-enabled applications, monitor system performance, and assist in troubleshooting AI/ML workloads.
Develop and maintain Power Shell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve support efficiency.
Monitor and support enterprise job scheduling platforms including Tidal, Auto Sys, CRON, and Windows Scheduler.
Support application interfaces, file transfers, and integrations between upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, database, network, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in change management, release deployments, validation testing, and production readiness activities.
Analyze application logs, monitoring alerts, and system events to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Support Windows Server, cloud infrastructure, databases, and related technology platforms in production environments.
Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, knowledge articles, operational runbooks, and process documentation.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Communicate incident status, issue resolution progress, and operational updates to stakeholders, business users, and management teams.
Knowledge of SQL, ITIL, Azure Cloud, Application Support, and AI/ML concepts is preferred.
Relevant certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Azure, SQL, AI, or Machine Learning are a plus.
