Corporate Associate

Mid-Sized Boston law firm with impressive employee tenure seekshighly motivated and skilled Corporate Associate to join our dynamic team at our mid-sized Boston law firm. This is a hybrid position that combines the fast-paced environment of a law firm with the stability and structure of a corporate setting. As a Corporate Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain valuable experience in a variety of corporate legal matters.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of corporate law topics
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
• Assist in due diligence investigations and document review for mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other corporate transactions
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in corporate matters
• Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other legal professionals
• Stay up-to-date on changes in corporate laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and projects efficiently and effectively

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and regulations
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
