We are supporting a global manufacturing and technology organization undergoing strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and facility expansions. This Program Manager will lead cross-functional M&A integration initiatives, ensuring operational continuity, risk mitigation, and value realization across the enterprise.
Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional post-merger integration (PMI) planning and execution for acquired businesses and facilities
- Partner with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Quality, and Legal to define integration scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Identify integration risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to executive sponsors
- Track and report project milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and risks to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain integration documentation including playbooks, issue/risk logs, action trackers, and decision logs
- Support facility transitions and expansions tied to M&A activities, including regulatory compliance, equipment transfers, and organizational alignment
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and business continuity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with direct focus on M&A, post-merger integration, or corporate transformation
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Quality)
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel
- Estimated hourly range: $85–$90/hr (W-2)
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and interview outcomes
