EVP Head of Service Delivery, Alpha Platform & Software

We are seeking a senior leader to head Alpha Client Delivery, overseeing strategic client delivery across CRD and associated Alpha services, with accountability for end-to-end front-to-back operational and technology delivery.

The role will lead complex client implementations, transformation initiatives, and operating model optimization programs, ensuring scalable, efficient, and client-centric delivery outcomes across global markets.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end client delivery across Alpha, CRD, operations, and technology delivery functions

Driving large-scale transformation, change management, and operating model redesign initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and client experience

Partnering closely with Global Delivery, Operations, Technology, Product, and Relationship Management teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment

Overseeing front-to-back operational readiness, governance, risk management, and service delivery excellence

Acting as a senior escalation point for strategic clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Driving process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operating model

Building strong executive relationships with clients and serving as a trusted partner on strategic delivery and transformation priorities

Leading and developing high-performing global teams across delivery, operations, and transformation functions

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across investment operations, client delivery, and transformation within financial services, with strong knowledge of CRD, Alpha platforms, front-to-back operating models, and global delivery frameworks.

This is a highly strategic leadership role requiring strong execution capability, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead large-scale operational and technology change in a complex global environment.

Salary Range:$300,000 - $412,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
