Overview

A self-driven, strategic leader who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving impactful project results, and fostering continuous learning beyond foundational skills. You will oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management; additionally you will focus on expanding the portfolio. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs enabling all aspects of growth.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Strategy & Organizational Leadership:
    Support the execution of strategic initiatives across assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Collaborate with departmental leads to establish project goals, improve delivery mechanisms, and drive process enhancements. Promote continuous improvement and operational consistency across teams.
  • People & Performance Leadership:
    Lead and mentor teams of professionals, supporting workforce development and performance planning. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on staffing needs, training opportunities, and employee engagement. Model and cultivate a high-performance culture anchored in collaboration and accountability.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Development:
    Contribute to client strategy planning by supporting key client relationships, assisting in solution development, and identifying growth opportunities. Participate in client meetings and negotiations to ensure aligned expectations and project success. Partner with senior executives to maintain strong service delivery.
  • Financial Oversight & Reporting:
    Assist in managing budgets associated with assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and delivery within scope. Leverage available financial tools and reporting frameworks to support forecasting and performance tracking. Contribute to financial reviews and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
    Act as a liaison between project teams and external/internal partners. Support communications with senior stakeholders and contribute to planning sessions, review boards, and partnership discussions. Encourage seamless collaboration across business units and external collaborators.
  • Operational Effectiveness & Innovation:
    Implement process enhancements and lead efforts in project documentation, resource coordination, and delivery tracking. Help drive scalable solutions while supporting cost-saving initiatives and compliance standards.
  • Client Delivery & Impact Execution:
    Coordinate execution of client deliverables with attention to quality, timeliness, and service outcomes. Ensure project teams meet client needs through structured planning, continuous feedback, and excellence in delivery.
  • Team Management & Revenue Contribution:
    Supervise 8+ team members across projects, fostering team cohesion and productivity. Support client solutions that contribute $3M–$5M in annual revenue, collaborating on performance goals and service-level agreements.
Requirements Experiences
  • Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique programs that can oversee several projects in parallel
  • Public Sector experience strongly preferred
  • Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts by identifying opportunities, expanding services, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Travel extensively throughout Massachusetts to support client engagements, conduct site visits, and foster relationships with project stakeholders, with an expected on-site presence of approximately 25–50%. Flexibility to attend evening town meetings, public hearings, and community engagement events as required is essential.
