• Drive Business & Operational Excellence:
  Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance.
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities.

  Experience:
  
  Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence; ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards; set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow‑up, and personalized selling experiences; inspire high‑performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership.
• Coach & Develop Talent:
  Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing talent; create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth; develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning; foster an inclusive, People First environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
• Activate the Brand Promise:
  Help customers Celebrate life’s most meaningful moments through exceptional experiences; feel confident through expert guidance and relationship‑based service; build emotional connections through storytelling, personalization, and trust.

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, or 2+ years of sales experience with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required.

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.

• Base pay: $50,000 – $94,500 plus commission on sales.
