Client in Burlington, MA is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Hybrid in-office schedule (Monday through Thursday) with reporting to the CFO.
Candidate must have a CPA designation (active or inactive), 10+ years of accounting experience including manufacturing/CPG, Big 4 background, and progressive leadership at high-growth firms. Compensation is up to $250K base plus a 20% bonus, equity, and benefits.
