- A director level position is the highest level of leadership in our restaurant reserved for passionate, service minded individuals that seek a future as a Chick-fil-A franchisee, corporate staff or business career inside/outside of Chick-fil-A. Benefits include:
Starting pay of $26-28 an hour with full starting compensation package of around $85, a year (at 45-50 hours a week) with no cap on pay increases. Compensation includes $7,800 a year towards health insurance or childcare, $3,000+ a year in food benefits, paid vacation of around 2 weeks a year (based on hours worked), $600 a year towards a cell phone plan, $600 a year towards a gym membership and $200 one time for professional uniforms. - Learn every aspect of running a multi-million dollar business including the areas of finance, marketing, accounting, operations, recruiting, and leadership development.
- Work alongside the Owner/Operator, Daniel Mitchell, to develop yourself personally and professionally through leadership books and classes, personal development plans, and internal Chick-fil-A leadership resources.
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to coach and train employees across multiple levels of leadership, as well as being willing to have tough conversations to grow the business and individual team members
- Growth minded in regards to personal development and business goals
- Servant leadership that puts the needs of others before their own
- Organization skills to effectively lead oneself through habits and disciplines such as calendar management, strategic planning, restaurant systems management and employee development tracking
- Ability to lead the restaurant operations as needed with a full understanding of all systems and processes
