Responsibilities
- Operate and support automated manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
- Support cross-training across technologies such as laser welding, heat staking, robotic automation, and high-speed assembly
- High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience operating or maintaining automated equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces)
- Experience using precision measurement tools
