Work Shift12hr-A Shift (United States of America) – The Production Packaging Associate is an entry‑level position, responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position also loads, moves material and operates packaging equipment. The associate will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities- Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
- Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
- Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
- Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
- Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
- Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
- Picks up dropped bottles from the production floor and places them into designated bins.
- Places discarded bottles into a grinder, if applicable.
- Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
- Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
- Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.
- Monitors supply levels of packaging materials and replenishes as needed.
- Ensures correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
- Moves finished goods to the designated area.
- Ensures efficient set‑up and organization of workstations and maintains inventory levels, restocking supplies to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Attends to duties that may differ by plant based on equipment and plant design.
- Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Experience- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Basic computer experience.
- Prefer High School diploma or GED.
- Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
Targeted Pay Range$16.88 - $21.59
