Program and operate CNC machines in-house CNC shop;
Engage with Sales and Applications Engineering in pre-sales discussions, offering feedback to facilitate the manufacturing of customer parts;
Identify and implement novel fixturing solutions for difficult-to-indicate parts;
Cooperatively work with Engineering and Quality Teams to dimension drawings and create datums;
Be an active member of the Safety Committee, owning safety and training within the machine shop
