- Prepare benchtop formulations, including accurately measuring and weighing ingredients, blending, and packing into single serve portions.
- Roast coffee in accordance with established protocols
- Support powder-based lab activities, including sieving bulk materials, cleaning lab equipment, and supporting measurement work
- Supporting coffee processing lab work, including conducting measurements of moisture and degassing behavior in accordance with established protocols
- As needed, brew samples using Brewers and conduct testing on formulations both prior to brewing and on finished beverages.
- Label, organize, and place samples into appropriate storage; ship samples as needed, including coordinating international shipment requirements
