Product Marketing Manager, Assistant Vice President
The team you will be joining is a part of the product strategy and marketing team at Charles River Development (CRD). CRD continues to grow and is expanding its products in several new areas. The Product Marketing Manager is a mid-senior level role to help drive positioning and Go To Market (GTM) strategy across the organization. He/she will work globally across all of CRD’s products and solutions.
This is a hands‑on role that will interact with both internal and external market participants, including customers, partners and industry analysts.
The role provides the opportunity to work for a very strong, senior level product team and help drive delivery and success of a suite of products in the financial marketplace.
Responsibilities- Own GTM strategy across the organization, positioning products and socializing core messaging
- Perform market research to better understand the market, including differentiation across market segments and opportunities
- Plan and manage product launches/releases across the organization, collaborating with product and educating and acting as a resource for Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management
- Guide and create value proposition messaging and socialize across the organization
- Establish scalable best practices processes to drive product and product marketing
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, communicating the value of our offerings in both written and presentation form
- Perform business and revenue modelling and quantitative market segmentation
- Create and maintain high‑impact marketing and sales enablement content, including product sheets, white papers, web content, presentations, videos, business cases, and thought leadership materials. Apply data and analytics to drive results, collaboration and decision making.
- Support sales on strategic sales opportunities
- Active contributor with high motivation, the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
- Specific knowledge of the investment industry (financial instruments, workflows, major players, macro‑economic influences, trends, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently
- Excellent executive communication (verbal and written) skills
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization and manage stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA required, Masters preferred; experience with Pragmatic Marketing framework a plus
- 4-6 or more years of related experience in Marketing or Sales in B2B Technology, Financial Services and/or related
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
