Aieres Group just landed on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. We're a specialty contracting platform (Finishes + Millwork) in serious growth mode, and we're doing it loud, not quiet. The rebrand from First Nick Companies to Aieres launched with a full video campaign, and the #Built On Discipline brand is picking up steam on Linked In and Instagram.
Right now, growth is bottlenecked by bandwidth, not ambition. We need someone who can take the raw material - jobsite footage, founder frameworks, real construction stories - and turn it into a content engine that runs without me having to think about it.
Success looks like: I show up, shoot, and lead. You own everything else - planning, editing, publishing, growth - and #Built On Discipline becomes a recognizable name in construction and small-business circles within 12 months.
What You'll Own- Plan the content calendar, research hooks, write outlines for both the Aieres brand and Kosta's personal #Built On Discipline platform
- Film & direct (or coordinate footage capture on jobsites, at company events, and on the road)
- Edit long-form You Tube content and repurpose into 5-10 shorts/week across You Tube, IG Reels, Tik Tok, and Linked In
- Design thumbnails, write titles/descriptions, add CTAs with UTM tracking
- Post natively across platforms - you own the publish button
- Track basic analytics and deliver a weekly performance readout
- Capture and archive founder frameworks, quotes, and stories into a reusable content library
- Build out a lightweight contractor bench (thumbnail artist, captioner) as volume grows
- You've fully owned edits before - not just cut footage, you made storytelling calls (pacing, hooks, structure)
- You understand You Tube and short-form retention mechanics: titles, thumbnails, hook math, why a video flops
- You're hungry to build something with your name on it, not just execute tickets
- You want to grow with the brand - as Aieres scales, so does your role, your team, and your ownership of the channel
- Comfortable on the road: this role travels with the founder for shoots, conferences, and business trips (occasional evenings/weekends when the moment calls for it)
- Tooling:
Premiere or Final Cut, Frame.io/Drive, Descript or Cap Cut;
After Effects and drone/gimbal experience a plus
Compensation is based on experience. We're open to someone earlier in their career who's motivated and knows the fundamentals - you'll start where your experience puts you and grow from there as you prove yourself.
- Part-time structured around a weekly output commitment (e.g., 1 long-form + shorts package/week) rather than clocked hours - pay scales with scope if it grows into full time
- One-time equipment stipend
- Annual education budget for courses/plugins
- Travel and trip expenses covered by the company
