Seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, per-diem, or flexible hours.
Salary: 45-55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 20-40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
- Active Registered Nurse RN License: Must hold a valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation.
- Clinical
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing. - IV Infusion Therapy Expertise: Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition).
- Sales & Business Development Mindset:
Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners. - CPR Certification.
- Leadership & Management:
Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers. - Care Plan Development:
Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Quality Assurance &
Risk Management:
Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies. - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently. - Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required).
- Flexibility & Availability:
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies.
- Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model is a plus.
