The Northeast Arc is seeking a Per Diem LPN to provide direct care in a residential setting in Massachusetts. Follow care plans, identify health needs, monitor status, and report changes to the on-call RN while collaborating with residential staff.
Shifts are available across 9am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am with flexible scheduling options. A valid MA LPN license and a driver’s license with a good driving record are required.
