This is a Medical-Surgical Telemetry travel nursing position focused on boarding patients in the ED, averaging 40 patients a day while waiting for inpatient beds. Ratios are typically 5:1.
Key Responsibilities- Board MS Tele patients in the ED, managing approximately 40 patients per day while awaiting inpatient beds.
- Maintain patient ratios of typically 5:1.
- MA (Massachusetts) RN License required
- BLS – AHA required
- ACLS – AHA required
- Must have experience with boarder patients in the ED — please note this on the resume.
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Epic proficiency required
- Day 1 tele testing required — must pass within 2 attempts during compliance
Physical Requirements
- Orientation is weekly; any color scrubs permitted.
- Must complete practice tests during onboarding — must pass tele test within 2 attempts during compliance.
- Day 1 tele testing required for these positions. Candidates must pass within 2 attempts during compliance; failure may result in contract consequences.
- All time off must be listed at time of submission. Minimal time off will be considered.
- Must be separated from BILH for 6 months, and in good standing, to be considered.
- No locals (within 50 miles) will be considered.
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
