Medical Surgical Registered Nurse jobs on 7 West in Burlington, MA give you the chance to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes. You must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Massachusetts RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of recent inpatient nursing experience is required, and experience with hematology or oncology patients is preferred. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, are essential. Recommended skills include excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
