The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate documentation.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitor symptoms, administer medications for relief, and report adverse reactions
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards

The role emphasizes preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
