Vaisala in Burlington, MA, seeks a Service Quality and Metrology Manager to own our quality systems across both the calibration lab and field service operations. Hybrid work in Massachusetts with travel up to 25%.
You will ensure ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead audits and CAPA initiatives. You will develop SOPs, train technicians, and collaborate with Engineering, Regulatory, and Global Service teams to uphold the highest quality standards.
