Quality Assurance Specialist (Entry-Level)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support GMP-regulated manufacturing and quality operations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying Quality Control (QC) data, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting batch record and patient record review activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify Quality Control (QC) data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform batch record reviews and ensure proper chain of custody documentation is maintained.
- Enter and track document reviews within Track Wise and maintain supporting documentation in Excel.
- Support verification and review of patient-related records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to resolve documentation issues and maintain compliance.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and documentation processes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with quality assurance activities, batch record review, and QC data review.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with Track Wise.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulated documentation practices.
- Experience reviewing clinical or patient-related documentation.

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, MA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
