Overview

We are looking for an Acquisition Manager to drive our property sourcing and investment strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring real estate opportunities that fit within our buy box criteria. This role is key to fueling our growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of profitable assets.
Responsibilities- Source and evaluate real estate opportunities aligned with our buy box.
- Negotiate acquisitions and manage the transaction process. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and property owners.
- Analyze market trends to identify new investment opportunities.
- Having the real estate license is appreciated but if you still have this process in progress that won't be an issue.
