Umami Riot was born from a simple idea: pair joyful hospitality with uncompromising craftsmanship. Founded by Chef Tim Cushman and sake expert Nancy Cushman, our restaurants celebrate bold flavor, precision, and a deep respect for Japanese foodways – translated through a distinctly Boston lens. At Bianca, hospitality is intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. We are seeking polished, professional servers who understand that great service is more than taking orders — it’s guiding an experience. • Deliver a warm, attentive, and meaningful connection with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure every order is accurate and thoughtfully delivered.
• Confidently navigate our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus.
• Offer informed recommendations and beverage pairings.
• Use Toast POS efficiently and consistently.
• Execute refined steps of service, including proper glassware and plate presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Communicate proactively with management regarding guest feedback.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Additional duties as required.

• Experienced in upscale or fine dining service (preferred).
• Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and hospitality.
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple tables in a fast-paced setting.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration.
• Committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the entirety of an 8+ hour shift, lift and transport items in excess of 50lbs, kneel, bend, lift items above head, and work in small or cramped spaces.
