The Team

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our Fans.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans.
  • Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand; act as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
  • Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and building lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on-brand store operations.
  • Deliver on KPIs, cross-train across store functions, and mentor new team members to demonstrate leadership and embody Pandora values:
    Dream, Care, Dare, Deliver.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • You are a results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care in how you interact.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
  • You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
  • Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; hours may be up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends is required.
