About the Role
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values-oriented, strong talent developers, and passionate about our brand. This position is located at the upcoming Burlington Mall location, opening Summer 2026.
Your Day to Day May Include- Sales Leadership
- Responsible for overall store performance and KPI's
- Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and being knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
- Experience in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
- Knowledgeable in building new and repeat business through customer clienteling
- Training & Development
- Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent
- Effective communication style that energizes and encourages collaboration
- Enjoy leading through collaboration, encouraging team to share ideas, fostering accountability and trust
- Clear communication of new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
- Customer Service
- Passionate about providing the best customer experience to purchasing and non-purchasing customers
- Lead by example setting tone for team presentation
- Coach through return policies while prioritizing customer experience
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer complaints, resolution-oriented
- Execute brand visual standards and updates
- Operations
- Execute daily store operations efficiently
- Schedule team members to meet business and budget needs
- Manage store inventory with detail and organization per SOPs
- Lead opening and closing duties
- You're adaptable and can manage change
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- You can spot and recruit talent
- Motivated and results-driven
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Passionate about the gorjana brand
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible to needs of the business, willing to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work full-time hours with open availability
- Salary range starting from $75,000
