Position: Store Manager- Pandora @ Burlington Mall

About The Team

The Store Manager will fully immerse into the brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. They spend time on the sales floor, engaging customers, and driving sales. This role coaches and manages a team of Assistant Store Managers, sales leads, and sales associates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Results-oriented leadership with 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a caring approach.
  • Charismatic and capable of captivating audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
  • Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams with succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
  • Age 18 or older, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Salary: $68,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience.
