The Person al Stylist Support for Men's Apparel provides in-store assistance to salespeople and customers, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the selling process. This role prepares fitting rooms, maintains department standards, and assists with merchandise handling and merchandising tasks. Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

• Support salespeople in all aspects of the selling process and assist customers on the sales floor
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by sales staff
• Perform daily department maintenance: stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Move and position merchandise, including handling bulky items and lifting up to 25 pounds

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and excellent communication
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending, reaching, and lift items up to 25 pounds
