You can coach, train and develop the team into ultimate Brand Ambassadors, identify opportunities within the store and in the community, and support leadership in strategic managerial tasks.

• Generate sales to help the store meet or exceed financial goals and metrics by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Host the party, communicating the brand’s core values through the team.
• Consistently exemplify the values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
• Execute the “door to floor” concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory.
• Focus on people development and training by providing ongoing training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Drive results, maintain accountability, build talent, act as a change agent, develop vision and strategy, and maintain balance.

In addition to regular responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR), a set of distinct tasks assigned to store leaders to ensure clarity around execution and support development. DORs are not titles but opportunities for growth and will rotate.

• Minimum one year’s experience in retail leadership or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality with a love for the brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team.
• Team focused, confident, and professional.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally.
• Lift up to 40 pounds unless an accommodation is requested.

• Weekend availability required.
• Average 20‑30 hours per week to maintain part‑time status.
• Seasonal stores may average 25‑40 hours per week during peak periods.

$17.11 - $21.75 per hour.
