Reporting to the Store Manager, Full Time Sales Team Lead promotes a positive shopping experience for customers, leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. Your sales expertise and personalized service help build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention and service.
• Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
