Overview

As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Grocery Manager, ensuring aisles are stocked with produce, snacks, and everything in between. You’ll juggle inventory, keep the store clean, and help ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll train and inspire the team and implement sales strategies to keep shelves buzzing with excitement. If you’re organized, a natural leader, and enjoy connecting with people, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Grocery Manager and manage daily store operations to maintain shelves and stock levels.
  • Juggle inventory, ensure accurate stock counts, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Keep the store clean and safe for customers and associates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and help customers as needed.
  • Train and inspire team members to perform at their best.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage customers and drive turnover.
