PT Sales Associate - Seasonal

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated retail associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build our brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. You will be passionate about service, curious about people, and possess an authentic sense of fashion & style sensibility.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create an exceptional customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with customers and team members.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Commit to loss prevention, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

• 1–3 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability for a schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40lbs and perform tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Team‑player, resourceful, collaborative, and passionate about fashion and style.
• Sense of humor is a plus.

• Salary: $16.00 – $19.00
