As a Key Holder, you will deliver a transformational client experience, build new and existing customer relationships, and drive business growth through sales. You will create the customer experience through advanced selling skills and deep product knowledge, communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy, and ensure that all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed. Key holder duties include performing store opening and closing procedures, counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.

The role requires strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity about people, and a sense of humor.

• 2–4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
