Position: Full-Time Sales Associate

Create meaningful connections with every customer by delivering personalized service, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers build confidence in their style choices;
Achieve personal sales goals by understanding customer needs, recommending quality products, and representing the Johnston & Murphy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm;
Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store by supporting merchandising standards and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping environment;
Work closely with teammates to achieve store goals, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture;
