Retail Sales Manager

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Manager to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll coach and motivate a small team, drive sales of durable workwear and outdoor apparel, and ensure visual standards reflect our hands-on, hardworking brand. Responsibilities include scheduling and daily floor management, product knowledge leadership, cash handling oversight, and resolving customer issues.

You'll track key performance metrics, support inventory management, and help execute promotions while fostering a fun, authentic, and safety-focused store culture aligned with Duluth's values.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store floor operations and act as manager-on-duty when assigned
• Coach, motivate, and support sales associates to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Create and adjust staff schedules to match traffic and labor budgets
• Monitor and report on store KPIs, including sales, conversion, and UPTSupport execution of in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
