Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Consultant
. This is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the solar sales process as educational and understand that switching to solar is an emotional decision. We focus on helping customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't feel ctoo good to be true".
What you’ll bring- Sales experience - Required
- Outside sales (In home sales) - preferred
- Solar experience – welcomed

- Base salary plus commission
