Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of outbound experience in a technical sales environment. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.

This is an in-office role based in the Boston area

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, research, and prospect into target manufacturing accounts using a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, phone, Linked In)
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to execute targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in our CRM (e.g., Hub Spot or Salesforce)
  • Contribute feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
What You'll Bring
  • 1–2 years of SDR experience
    , ideally in a B2B technical sales environment (SaaS, hardware, robotics, AI, or related)
  • Hands‑on experience with SDR tools like Apollo, Sales Loft, Outreach
    , and CRMs like Salesforce or Hub Spot
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persistent approach to outbound outreach
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to understand complex technical products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment
  • Bonus:

All offers include generous equity, fully covered health + dental, and unlimited PTO.
