We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware, or business services to maintain relationships within a portfolio of Net Suite customers and expand adoption of Net Suite’s cloud-based business operations system (ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce).
This role requires 3 - 5 days per week in-office at the following Net Suite location:
- Burlington, MA
to learn more about Oracle Net Suite.
Responsibilities- Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of Net Suite clients.
- Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working through each opportunity with your manager.
- Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes and contract preparation and execution.
- Network internally with Net Suite peers/leadership, Value Added Teams, Marketing and Enablement to increase sales performance.
- Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts.
- Analyze customers’ business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- You have 1-3 years of SaaS/technology sales and a desire to succeed.
- You are a regular on your company’s top producer list with solid performance metrics.
- You are known for strong work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication.
- You enjoy learning technology and can translate that into value for prospects.
- You’re curious, insightful, and perceptive.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
- Value outstanding writing skills and effective communication.
- Strive for attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $24.09 - $38.51 per hour; from: $50,100 - $80,100 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
