Position

At Salesforce, we re seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, foster enduring client relationships, and apply innovative technology to redefine customer engagement. Salesforce Agentforce harnesses real-time data analytics and AI to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable, high-impact customer interactions.

As part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will craft customer engagement and deliver groundbreaking results. We seek individuals with deep AI knowledge and strong experience selling complex technology solutions, understanding cloud-based services, and designing B2B and B2C solutions. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, demonstrating how Agentforce can solve their most critical business goals.

What

you'll be doing
  • Employ your sales experience, with new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Sales team to identify opportunities to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers.
  • Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack, especially Agentforce, can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement within clients  existing architectures.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce capabilities deliver impact at scale.
  • Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover clients  critical business needs and determine how Agentforce can be a solution.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess clients  sophisticated business needs and demonstrate what Agentforce delivers as a scalable solution.
  • Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the value of Agentforce to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to present a unified Salesforce experience throughout the sales process.
  • Highlight how solutions align with clients  long-term strategic objectives.
  • Combine deep discovery with your point of view to present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.
What you should have
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical environments.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including the agent platform, configuring and setting up agents, integrating with existing flows, automation, API connections, etc.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).
  • Strong ability to map client needs to Salesforce s platform and Agentforce capabilities through technical discovery.
  • Strong technical selling skills with the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience with a technology sales background.
Skill-Set/Technologies

Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
