Position

Full‑time Inside Salesperson – Burlington, MA

Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Rate

$25.00 to $45.00 per hour, commission based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Grow sales and gross margin by taking orders over the phone, in person, and via Digital Tools.
  • Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
  • Provide customers with information and demonstration of the online ordering solution.
  • Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to assist in closing sales and providing service.
  • Participate in processes and programs promoting digital tools to enhance the customer buying experience.
  • Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share.
  • Back up and assist the counter when needed.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two‑year college or vocational school education preferred, with emphasis on electrical and construction industry and/or equivalent knowledge through job‑related experience and training.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and website navigation.
