Position: Sales BDC Representative-Mercedes Benz of Burlington

Description

  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off
  • Estimated Annual Compensation: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 (combination of base hour rate & monthly bonus)
What you will do
  • Take phone calls and schedule appointments for Sales
  • Respond to all sales calls/internet inquiries
  • Compile daily reports
  • Schedule and perform follow-up calls to both clients and the sales team Other duties as assigned the management team

Requirements
  • Automotive BDC or sales/customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional demeanor
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including professional phone presence
  • Goal orientated
  • Ability to prioritize task efficiently
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
