Position: Revenue Operations Intern (Recent Grad)

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern to join our Boston‑area team for a hands‑on summer internship. You’ll work directly on AI‑centered sales pipeline process changes, help build smart apps for reporting insights, and support sales territory coverage planning – all as part of the entire go‑to‑market strategy we’re building for next year. This is a real seat at the table on a high‑visibility initiative, not a side project.

This Role, You Will
  • Help redesign sales pipeline processes using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve forecast accuracy
  • Build and refine smart apps/dashboards that turn CRM and funnel data into actionable reporting insights
  • Support sales territory coverage analysis and mapping as part of next year’s GTM planning
  • Partner with Rev Ops, Sales, and Marketing leadership to translate GTM strategy into operational workflows
  • Identify and pilot AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay) to automate recurring Rev Ops tasks
  • Document new processes and contribute to Rev Ops playbooks for the broader team
Your Background
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Based in or able to commute to Burlington for hybrid on‑site days
  • Strong interest in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing analytics
  • Hands‑on experience or strong curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for process automation and reporting
  • Comfortable with Excel and Power BI;
    Snowflake or basic scripting (Python) a plus
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales territory/coverage concepts is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and clear written communication

Pay Transparency

This role will be paying $22.00 – $25.00 an hour.
