Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives long-term revenue through multi-year supply and offtake agreements.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new revenue opportunities aligned with Phoenix Tailings’ growth and expansion plans.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, strategic partners, and key external stakeholders.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that support long-term supply, offtake, and strategic collaboration.
- Represent Phoenix Tailings externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop market intelligence and competitive insights to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate commercial commitments into executable operational plans.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial leadership, or account management in industrial, materials, or energy markets.
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex commercial or strategic agreements.
- Experience working with industrial, energy, materials, infrastructure, or government-adjacent markets.
- Strong ability to build credibility and trust with senior external stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating and structuring long-term commercial contracts.
- Strong strategic judgment paired with a bias toward execution.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Pay Range: $140,000- $200,000 total cash compensation plus equity.
