The ideal customer relationship coordinator (CRC) leads and executes store customer relationship initiatives and programs through subject‑matter expertise, collaboration, and influence. Partners with various levels of the pyramid to drive successful business outcomes, interacting with the best customers for every location to connect them to the right salespeople and resources for exceptional experiences.
A day in the life- Directly execute Get Connected program, Megalist outreach, and other outreach lists.
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve appointment goals and sales results from lists.
- Actively seeks to increase business through email and phone outreach.
- Decision makers on procedure to offer customers best personalized experience.
- Book appointments for customers to work with sellers through BLVD requests or list contact.
- Partner with Store Managers to bring customer initiatives to life in the stores.
- Support Department Managers and sellers in driving their business and sales results by coordinating customer appointments during event and non‑event times.
- Work in store 5 days a week including Saturday.
- Customer‑facing experience; selling to customers, wardrobing & building a repeat business.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive the execution and completion of deliverables/initiatives on time and with appropriate rigor & urgency.
- Expertise in Excel, Outlook, BLVD, DYB & Tableau reporting.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of persuading customers to book appointments over the phone.
- Strong organization and follow‑through skills.
- Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
$20.25 - $35.75 hourly.
