Priority1, Inc. is a nationwide logistics consulting and contract brokerage firm that specializes in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are hiring a Territory Manager Sales to work in our Burlington (Boston North) office, focusing on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry.
Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, and networking.
- Generate and manage leads using the company CRM system.
- Set up new accounts and facilitate the sales process with executive‑level decision makers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts.
- Participate in the Fast Start Program and ongoing sales training.
- 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Active involvement in campus activities (athletics, clubs, etc.) highly recommended.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished professional demeanor.
- Determined to be part of a winning team with a strong desire for success.
- Base salary of $50,000 + uncapped commission.
- $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.

- 401(k) with employer match and profit‑sharing (15% of eligible compensation).
